Pricing & Revenue Management Analyst

Reporting to the Director of Revenue Management, the successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating revenue performance and providing recommendations to achieve Lassonde Industries Inc. profitability objectives. He/she will be in charge of creating and improving financial tools to identify business opportunities for the sales and marketing team. Finally, she will be called upon to analyze and optimize pricing structures for Lassonde products.

Key activities
- Participate in the development of pricing strategies for Lassonde products.
- Participate in P&L development.
- Analyze and approve promotional and contractual agreements.
- Analyze results and return on investment following promotional execution.
- Carry out comparative analyses of pricing structures and develop realistic recommendations.
- Carry out pricing analyses of Lassonde products on a national scale.
- Develop financial tools to enable account managers to make profitable business decisions.
Required training and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in administration or other relevant training.
- 3-5 years’ relevant experience in revenue, sales, finance, or category management.
- Experience in consumer data analysis (an asset).
- Experience in the consumer goods industry (an asset).
- Excellent command of the Microsoft Office environment.
- Understanding of Cognos, Nielsen, Dunnhumby, IRI, LDIIA (an asset).
Skills sought
- Bilingualism French/English (essential: exchanges with unilingual English-speaking colleagues, customers and suppliers in other provinces or countries).
- Good communicator and influencing skills.
- Good negotiating skills and ability to synthesize.
- Good analytical skills to transform ideas into action plans.
