Enrolling in a school program

To begin your internship at Lassonde, you must be enrolled in a school program. Then, we start the process either through your school’s internship program or by your sending us your application.

Doing an interview

We will take the time to get to know you and learn about your educational background as well as your technical and theoretical knowledge. We will then assign you tasks that match what you will be learning during your internship.

Coaching from beginning to end

Whether it is your first or third internship, we provide coaching and training to help you tackle your tasks and develop skills aligned with your school program. Our managers and human resources staff work together to give you feedback throughout your internship to ensure the best possible experience for you.

Looking to the future

By the end of your internship, you will have learned how to put theory into practice. You will also have learned which job opportunities are available to you based on your training.

From intern to employee:
Maude Légaré-Bouchard

At Lassonde for 5 years now, Maude works in the Human Resources team as a coordinator, but she first started out as an intern in the Talent Acquisition team. We asked her what she appreciated most about her internship.

“My internship allowed me to hone my learning and to be able to apply it to real-life projects that made a difference to the day-to-day lives of my colleagues and/or employees. I particularly appreciated the support of my internship supervisor. It’s very gratifying for an intern to know that they are taken seriously and that their recommendations can be implemented and make a difference. Lassonde is a company that encourages the next generation of employees and is used to welcoming interns. It’s a great company like no other!”
