Business Development Director – Food Service
Reporting to the Vice President of Food Service and North American Business Development, the Business Development Director will be responsible for both the commercial and non-commercial channels of business in Canada, representing Lassonde branded and it’s private label for juice, food, thickened beverages & wine. He/she will work closely with the US team.
Project manager will be reporting directly to this newly created position.

Key activities
- Develop Lassonde’s food service non-commercial and commercial account base.
- Establish account target list and set sales and profitability objectives.
- Review and monitor performance.
- Innovate & increase distribution.
- Present Lassonde’s existing and new product innovation portfolio.
- Approach customers with strategic concepts and ideas.
- Negotiate, implement, reconcile, and measure contract compliance.
- Administrate deal confirmation.
Required training and experience
- 10-15 years of experience in senior sales positions.
- BAC in commerce (Business/Marketing or sales) or similar education.
- Knowledge of the CPG Industry.
- Excellent knowledge of the food industry, ideally US chains.
- Proficient with MSOffice (specifically – Power Point, Excel).
