Comply with all local and national laws, rules, regulations, and requirements in the manufacture and distribution of our products and in providing services.

Child Labour

Comply with all applicable local and national legislation relating to child labour.

Forced Labour

Under no circumstances use forced labour or bonded labour or work done by prisoners or by the military or compulsory labour.

Labour Exploitation

Comply with all applicable local and national legislation relating to prevention of physical abuse of employees.

Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining

Comply with all applicable local and national legislation on freedom of association and collective bargaining.

Discrimination

Comply with all applicable local and national legislation regarding discrimination.

Salaries and Benefits

Comply with all applicable local and national legislation relating to wages and benefits.

Working Hours and Overtime

Comply with all applicable local and national laws/legislation on working hours and overtime.

Health and Safety

Comply with all applicable local and national legislation relating to health and safety.

Environment

Comply with all applicable local and national legislation relating to the environment. Suppliers must be able to demonstrate compliance with all of these requirements upon request by Lassonde Industries and to the satisfaction of Lassonde Industries.
